Moving premium from one blog to another

    Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to have my premium upgrade that I have on one of my wordpress.com blogs, transferred over to my other?

I originally created two wordpress.com blogs – one to be a website and one to be a blog. But I’ve decided I would rather cancel the second blog and make my first one (this one – theeternalscribbler.wordpress.com) be the main/only one.

However it was the second blog (arimeghlen.wordpress.com) that I originally paid for an upgrade on and connected a domain name.

Now I want to shift the premium to theeternalscribbler.wordpress.com and connect the domain name to it also, then cancel and close the arimeghlen.wordpress.com

Is this possible or will I need to wait until the premium has expired (july next year) and then just buy it for my theeternalscribbler blog.

Any help would be most appreciated

  • Hi there,

The blog that has the Premium plan (arimeghlen.wordpress.com) is owned by a different account than the one you’re using to post to this thread.

Please log-in to that account and reply back here, so I can verify that you’re indeed the owner of that blog.

If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have logged out of my Eternal Scribbler blog and am now in my AriMeghlen blog :)

If you need anything else, please let me know.

    Thanks for your assistance :)

  • Hi Ari,

I have successfully transferred the Premium plan and the domain mapping to theeternalscribbler.wordpress.com.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you. I’m happy to help.
