moving premium theme from one website to another

  I help several different organizations with their wordpress.com websites. If I purchase a premium theme for one of these websites and decide to use a different theme in the future, can I reclaim the premium theme and use it for a different website.

  In other words, can I move a premium theme from one website to another?

  A premium themes is a one time purchase for the life of a single blog here at WordPress.com. it cannot be transferred to any other blog at WordPress.com. It cannot be exported and used on any site elsewhere. You can confirm that by searching for Staff responses to the same question in forum threads.
