Moving RSS and e-mail subscribers from my wordpress.com to my wordpress.org site
-
Hello, I am looking to find support on moving my e-mail subscribers from knittingisawesome.wordpress.com to knittingisawesome.com. I just moved my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I am unable to install jetpack and am hoping to also find assistance with moving my RSS subscribers. I have already purchased the site redirect.
Thanks!

Without JetPack being installed and activated no transfers can be made. Provided you install and activate the JetPack.me plugin Staff can transfer only your email subscribers for you. RSS followers and Reader followers cannot be transferred.

Ok thanks! I was able to install jetpack through help on the jetpack forum. I see the RSS feed has been transferred. Would you be able to help me with moving the e-mail subscribers?
Thanks!

Hi gain,
I tagged the thread for Staff to make the transfer for you. Please
subscribe to the thread so you are notified when Staff make the transfer. -
I’ve migrated your email subscribers for you, as requested. You might consider publishing a post on your old WordPress.com blog inviting those who are subscribed using the Reader to re-subscribe.
