Moving signup form from Mailchimp

  I am attempting to move a sign up form from Mailchimp to my site. I don’t know how to it and can’t find any information that will help me execute it. Thank you for your help.

  If you want to use MailChimp with your WordPress.com site now you can do so only by creating a link to the signup form on MailChimp and then posting it on your blog. Here’s the info from MailChimp Support http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog
