moving site

    Hello, I am creating a website with bluehost and I would like to move my current site from wordpress.com. I was told by bluehost that for them to do the transfer they will need this site in zip format and database in .sql format. What is the process in doing this please? thanks.

    The site I need help with is poppyfilopoulos.wordpress.com.
