Moving Site/Domain To Siteground

  I am trying to figure out how to move my wordpress site to siteground. It currently has no host as Bluehost was my previous. Siteground said I have to intall a plug in into my site in wordpress but WordPress wont allow my direct access to my site to download the plug in! Please help!

  While your site may be built on WordPress technology, that is separate from WordPress.com hosting. We specifically support sites built with WordPress technology hosted on WordPress.com.

  However, you also have the option to host with us here at WordPress.com and get help from WordPress experts. With the Business Plan, you can import your entire site here.

  What kind of file do you have of the old site, and how was the backup taken? Was it done with a plugin?
