Moving site title and logo

    I am currently using the Gazette theme and would like to move my site title, logo and menu to the top of the page instead of beneath the feature posts. Does anyone know how I can do this?
    Also in the gazette theme, there are 6 feature posts at the top is there anyway to make this 8?

    Actually, not all of these changes are possible with just CSS, and the ones at are would be quite complicated.

    I’d recommend choosing a theme that’s as close to your ideal as possible, then modifying that. Something like Dicot perhaps?
