Moving social media widgets to top of page Motif theme

  I am looking to put my social media widgets at the top of my page. I am new to CSS. I already have a CSS that moved my header, site title and tagline to be next to one another. In addition to what I already have at the top of the page currently, I want to add these widgets. They are currently located at the bottom of my page in the footer widget.
  Running Motif theme.
