Moving stats and subscribers to self hosted blog

  Hi

  I’ve just moved to self-hosted and installed the Jetpack plugin. Can you please move my stats and subscribers/email followers?

  The blog I need help with is yourlandmyland.wordpress.com
  and the new location (self hosted) is http://www.yourlandmyland.com
