Moving stats from wordpress to wordpress

  The old URL was the same as the new one, however I am now hosting my WP site through Site Ground. I have a new username/password and I tried to transfer my stats and subscribers. It did not work. Please help me move the stats.

  Old URL: nepalichori.com
  New URL: nepalichori.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  OLD: nepalkochori.wordpress.com
  NEW: nepalichori.com
