Moving stats from WordPress.com to self hosted blog

  Hi,

  I recently moved my WordPress.com blog to a self hosted WordPress blog but I’m starting from 0 with my stats again. Is there a way to transfer the stats from my old site to my new one? The site is http://www.changinglanes.ie.
