Moving Stats from WordPress.com to WordPress.org
-
Is there a Happiness Engineer in the house?
I have multiple blogs under one account that utilize wordpress.com software – however, I moved one of them to a self hosted site (http://www.thesinglechick.com)… on dreamhost. I know this question has been asked a lot already..but I was also under the impression that when you install wordpress.com stats/jetpack plugin it imports your previous stats…
Normally, I would not really care, but since seeing some of my previous stats gives me the warm and fuzzies and the illusion that I’m not actually talking to myself – I would like to know if there is ANY way possible to move these over?
Please and thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, it does not import your previous stats and you can’t configure it to start at a certain arbitrary number. You CAN get a different stat counter and configure it to start at a certain number, though.

I believe Google Analytics holds the greatest market share. I’m using it myself, and I am happy with it.
