Moving Subscriber from one wordpress blog to another

  I want to move my subscribers from http://whatpplsay.wordpress.com (old blog) to http://humorbible.wordpress.com (new blog) I’m not able to find a solution here. How can i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can still see 49 unmoved subscribers in whatpplsay.wordpress.com.
  Will they take time to move to humorbible.wordpress.com

  Please note that those are your Twitter followers and Facebook friends. Those were added when you connected to Twitter and Facebook via Publicize and these cannot be moved to your self-hosted site.
