Moving subscribers

  I have just started hosting my own blog, and would like to move all 1,000+ subscribers who have subscribed through wordpress to my new blog. The blog I’d like to move the subscribers FROM is http://eccentricowl.wordpress.com. The self-hosted site I’d like to move my subscribers TO is http://www.eccentricowl.com/. I have done a lot of searching, and the only “move subscribers” help I’ve found is to only move the EMAIL subscribers, but so far I haven’t found any way to move subscribers/wordpress.com users who have hit the “follow” button on wordpress and subscribed that way.

  Just curious, is it all finished? I noticed that the transferred followers are about 300 less than what I had originally. I can always just tell people they may have to re-subscribe, though! But thank you again! I really appreciate your help!
