Moving Subscribers

  On this page I followed the instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/

  I clicked the contact link as instructed but ended up on this form and cannot seem to find a contact. Any suggestions?

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  Hi @suejansons,

  As TimeThief mentioned, please make sure you have the Jetpack plugin installed and activated on your self-hosted blog. Once you have that in place, just let me know the URLs of where you would like your subscribers transferred from and where you would like them transferred to. I’ll be happy to make it happen!
