Moving subscribers

  Hello, i moved my blog to self hosted, i installed jetpack and i have the subscription module activated; i need help on trasferring my subscribers from popeating.wordpress.com to http://www.popeating.it
  my wordpress user is “popeating”

  You can actually take care of this yourself in Jetpack, assuming that you have Jetpack installed and connected to the same WordPress.com account.
