  I see only one URL above. Is the other URL http://havacohen.wordpress.com/?

  Your email subscribers can be moved from your .wordpress.com blog to your WordPress.org install. Install and activate the JetPack plugin first http://jetpack.me and then follow this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
