moving subscribers

  Hiya,
  I’ve moved websites and have exported my blog content over to the new domain. However I need the subscribers moving and in the help fields it says to contact us, which is what I’m trying to do.
  Can you please move my subscribers as I’ve activted Jet Pack subscribe on my new website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
