  What is the URL for the website you are wanting to move your subscribers from and what is the URL for the website you are wanting to move your subscribers to?

  If the new website is a self-hosted WordPress site please be sure that is connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin. If it is another WordPress.com hosted site simply provide the URL.
