moving subscribers

  I am moving. I have transferred my content from thewritemama.wordpress.com to thewritemama.com already. I just need to transfer my subscribers. Can you please help?

  Staff can transfer only email subscribers. There is no way to transfer followers who only use the WordPress.com Reader and RSS feed subscribers.

  What’s required is for you to install and activate the JetPack plugin and then return to this thread and post both URLs.
