moving subscribers

  I would like to move my subscribers from http://curiousyoungwriters.wordpress.com to my new self-hosted site http://curiousyoungwriters.org I followed your instructions and am ready to have them moved. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks.

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and post the relevant URL(s) into this thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.
