Moving subscribers

  I just switched from .com to self hosted and I was wondering how I would get my wordpress subscribers transferred over to my new site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note there has been a recent change. Staff can now transfer all followers as well as email subscribers. Where exactly followers from the WordPress.com Reader get transferred to remains a mystery to me, as there in no WordPress.org community reader.
