Moving subscribers

  Hello, I switched over my wordpress.com blog (www.thesilvermapleleaf.com) over to a self-hosted blog at Bluehost with the same url (www.thesilvermapleleaf.com)

  I have followed the instructions for enabling Jetpack and turning the subscription settings on.

  I would like to get my subscribers moved over to the new self hosted blog.
