Moving subscribers

    I have recently registered a domain name and wish to move my subscribers from my current blog:
    http://aftertheecstasythelaundry.wordpress.com

    to my NEW blog:
    http://aftertheecstasythelaundry.com

    I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do (installed the Jetpacksubscription plugin to my sidebar, posted a notice on my current blog, etc.), but when I go to notify WordPress Support that I’m doing this, I get a canned message that says I can only get support if I have a paid upgrade.

    If I would’ve known this earlier, I would have told my readers to be patient. But the notice is out, and I’ve put next Monday (10 Feb 2014) as the transfer date.

    Now, I’m not sure what to do… Has anyone else had this problem? I feel at a total loss. I don’t think this is something I can do on my own, or WordPress would have a tutorial. But they are explicit in saying it must be done by them.
