-
Hi, can you guys please help me move all my subscribers and followers to my new self hosted site at peachylove.com? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can do it yourself by following the steps documented in the Moving Your Subscribers support document :-)
Check the WordPress.com to self-hosted site section specifically.
You can even your move your stats if you are keen about them. However moving stats need staff’s help.

Hi, I have tried the migration myself but got stuck at this step:
In the “Move Followers From A WordPress.com Site” area, select your WordPress.com site that has the followers. Then, click the “Migrate” button as shown below.
There was no option to move the site, and i’m sure i’ve done everything listed. I also saw in some other old support threads where other users had assistance from WordPress support.

@peachyash – I just had another Happiness Engineer walk through the directions listed here:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/
They’re up to date, so I’d love to figure out which part isn’t working for you. Can you tell me a specific step where you’re having trouble?

hi shawnajroberts. My self hosted site is http://www.peachylove.com and my WP site is eyecpeachystuff.wordpress.com. I’ve installed Jetpack on my self hosted site and it seems to be working. But when I try to do the migration, this is the step i get stuck at
In the “Move Followers From A WordPress.com Site” area, select your WordPress.com site that has the followers. Then, click the “Migrate” button as shown below.
Those options are nowhere to be found in my settings area. Am I supposed have Jetpack installed there too? If so how?
Thanks in advance :)
