Moving subscribers and merging stats

  Hi
  I would like my subscribers to be moved and my stats merged? Please can this be done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the URL you want to move them from?
  What is the URL you want to move them to?
  Are you referring to moving to a WordPress.ORG install?
  If so then you will have to install and activate the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me
  Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  The url is the same. I had http://www.youbabymemummy.com on word press and I have move to tso and the url is the same but I have no subscribers and all my stas are gone. I have installed jetpack and activated.
  Not sure what to do next.

  Many thanks. I did ask for my stats to be moved, so my new blog shows all my stats, Can this be done please?

  Many thanks. At the top of webpage and the email I received as a subscriber it says My Blog. How can I change this to say You Baby Me Mummy?
