I switched my blog from wordpress.com/christandchris TO christandchris.com (on WP). The original blog shows ‘You are following this blog, along with 679 other amazing people.’

How do I get those 678 additional subscribers moved to my new blog page?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello, to move your subscribers from https://christandchris.wordpress.com/ to http://www.christandchris.com/, please follow the steps below.

On http://www.christandchris.com/, install the Jetpack plugin, connect it to WordPress.com with your WordPress.com username, and make sure the Subscription module is activated.

    Optional:
    – Add the Jetpack Subscriptions widget to your sidebar.
    – On your WordPress.com site from which you’ll want to transfer your followers, post a notice telling your site’s followers that you’ll be moving, and that their subscriptions will be going along with you. This is because, while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site, which they can do if you’ve added the Subscriptions widget.

Once Jetpack is connected and ready to go, and you’ve informed your readers about the upcoming move, you can transfer your subscribers right from your WordPress.com user account by following the steps outlined in the Subscription Migration Tool guide.

If you prefer, you can contact Staff and they’ll move your subscribers for you. Just add the modlook tag to this thread and wait patiently for their reply.
