Moving Subscribers between blogs

I read the section copied below in one of the support articles so I need assistance with moving subscribers. Thanks

The sites are used from different logins. I hope that will not be an issue. I was not able to respond to this thread from the original ID so you see them both here.

Hi there,
The subscriber migration tool will move all followers, WordPress.com and email. There’s no way to separate the two. Must I proceed with this?
The different accounts is not a problem, as you’ve posted in this thread using both accounts.
