Moving subscribers from .COM to .ORG

  Hi guys,

  I need to move my subscribers from my old blog
  http://www.cultfitz.wordpress.com

  to my new .org blog @

  cultfitz.org

  I have installed Jetpack

  Can someone assist me with this?

  Actually, it’s cultfitz.com, not .org…sorry!
