Moving subscribers from .com to self hosted .org

  I would like to move my wordpress subscribers from wordress.com to .org. My Jetpack p;lugin is activated. Please can you help? My blogs are eatsleepbakerepeat.wordpress.com and eatsleepbakerepeat.com respectively.
