Moving subscribers from .com to self-hosted site

I have about 250 subscribers that I accumulated on my .com site – I then migrated them to my self-hosted .org site (www.allisoncarmen.com) and they seem to have come over correctly. My question is that when I post on my .org site, do the original subscribers get notified via email the same way the new subscribers do? If not, how can I move them over to my email list and make sure they are staying engaged?

    Thanks so much.

    Hi there Allison!

Nice work with the transfer :) Your original subscribers will indeed get notified via email when you post.

All your subscribers will appear in your Site Stats, new and old.

You may already have this document, but if it helps, here is information about how Subscriptions work on Jetpack sites:

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!
