Moving subscribers from my account at wordpress.com to self hosted wordpress.org

  Hi,
  Can someone please help me with moving my subscribers from:

  hanglooze.wordpress.com to mareath.com

  I have already set up installed Jetpack plugin and need assistance with my subscribers/followers.

  Thanks for that, but it looks like a few of them have not come across.

  I have 12 followers in total on my hanglooze.wordpress.com site, but only 8 have come across to mareath.com

  Can you please have a look into this?

  All 9 followers have been moved to your self-hosted blog. Where do you see 12 followers listed on your WordPress.com blog?
