Moving subscribers from old website to new domain

    Hi, I used to write on the website: thecuriousmigrant.wordpress.com. However, today I set up a new self-hosted website via WordPress, thecuriousmigrant.com. I would like to move my existing followers over if possible.

    Another related question: I noticed the likes on my posts on the old website were not carried over, even though I had imported the same exact posts. Is there a way to move those?

    Yes, you can move the followers over. Have you already installed the Jetpack plugin on the new site?
