Moving subscribers from one WordPress Blog to another

  Hello support fourms,

  I’ve read on your lovely pages that you can help me move email subscribers and followers from my old wordpress site to my new one! I want to contact support directly for this, but every contact link sends me to posting on the public forums. Can a support person help me out, please?

  Hi there,
  You install and activate the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me on your wordpress.com install. Then you follow these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
