Moving subscribers from one wordpress to another

  I just started a new blog and wanted to move my subscribers/Followers from 1 blog to another.

  Move from: https://fallenfuries.wordpress.com
  To new Blog: https://fallingforcamille.com

  Both are WordPress blogs. Is that possible and can you help me if it is?
