Moving Subscribers from Self-hosted blog to wordpress.com blog

  HI there,
  I have migrated my self-hosted wordpress blog (bysunil.com) to wordpress.com (bysunil.wordpress.com). I want to migrate my existing subscribers to wordpress.com blog. Please Help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Sunil,

  I’m not seeing a Jetpack connection for the site: bysunil.com. Can you please reactivate the Jetpack connection? Then, I can transfer over the subscribers.

  Hi,
  Thanks for the prompt reply.
  I’ve moved my blog from self-hosted to wordpress.com and i’ve mapped my old domain (bysunil.com) with wordpress.com. I’ve the csv file of the subscribers & i can give it to you if that can work.

  I’m sorry, but that would not be possible. It would be best to email your subscribers and ask them to follow your WordPress.com blog via the Follow Blog widget.
