Moving subscribers from WordPress.com

  I have jetpack installed and I want to move my email subscribers from my WordPress hosted blog to my self-hosted blog.

  The two URLs are:
  http://afrosays.wordpress.com – old address
  http://afrosays.com – new address

  I downloaded jetpack, and would like subscribers from jonwatersauthor.wordpress.com transferred to jonwatersauthor.com? Thanks:))

  The final url will be journeyswithamericasmustangs.com after we finish the transfer.
