Moving subscribers from wordpress.com to self-hosted

  Hi I was reading another thread which has now closed to comments about transferring subscribers to my new self hosted site. I would really appreciate it if someone would be able to do this for me. Thanks :)

  new site: http://www.aneverydaystory.com
