I recently moved to self-hosted and I’d like to transfer my subscribers. I have installed and activated Jetpack and the blog in question is http://www.soulanalyse.com.
Can anyone help me?
Many thanks!

If you want to move subscribers from a wordpress.COM hosted blog to a self hosted site then install and activate the Jetpack plugin first, and then you follow these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site

Hi @soulanalyse , your WordPress.org account will have a different login. That’s OK.
When you connect Jetpack, you’ll use your WordPress.com credentials, then you’ll be able to move your subscribers, enable Jetpack Manage, etc.
Let us know if you need more help!

Ah I see – I read that the two needed the same user account and got confused! Thanks supernovia, all sorted.
