Moving subscribers from wordpress.com to self hosted site

Hi,

I would like to move my subscribers from my wordpress.com page to a self hosted site. I’ve installed jetpack as recommended but the ‘contact us’ to move subscribers link keeps bringing me to this page! Hope someone can help,

As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you posted the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site I have tagged this thread for their attention. The old blog is http://blatantblithe.wordpress.com – I want to move my email subscribers from this blog to the new site, http://www.catherineelms.co.uk.

I’m seeing a jetpack site connected to 213.37.121.152 and not to barcelonacolours.com. Can you please disconnect and reconnect to barcelonacolours.com?

Hello staff-ozmodiar, Subscribers are not imported on our new blog. It says that theres is only 1, but there are 232 in barcelonacolours.wordpress.com.

Can you help us?
