That page shows the subscribers for your WordPress.com site. Those subscribers were moved to your jetpack connected self-hosted site. That is why there are zero there now. The subscribers cannot exist in two places at once.
Keep in mind that only WordPress.com and email subscribers can be migrated. Followers who foll via Facebook or Twitter cannot be migrated because we do not have any control over Facebook or Twitter users. However, once you have your new site reconnected to those networks, one can assume that those followers will be following you once again.

Hello staff-ozmodiar, I know that, i am not worried about socual media followers, I am concerned about wordpress and email followers. When I access site stats of barcelonacolours.com jetpack plugin, it shows only 1 wordpress follower and 22 email followers. The page you show me shows a different count (83 wordpress and 161 email) and yesterday the original site stats page, on barcelonacolours.wordpress.com/wp-admin, showed 232 wordpress followers and 151 email followers.
I don’t understand

Hello staff-ozmodiar, I have just checked the url you give me yesterdey without the last part: http://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog=39113290 and it belongs to other blog: Desmadreando.com. So I supose you have transfered barcelonacolours.wordpress.com followers to desmadreando.com. Is that right? Can be undone?
Thanks
-
Okay, so I’ve figured this out.
The account you are posting from has a barcelonacolours.com domain Jetpack connected site. However, much to my confusion, it is not the right one.
The correct barcelonacolours.com Jetpack site is connected via another WordPress.com user account.
Since I need both sites connected under the same WordPress.com site to transfer followers, you are going to need to do one of two things:
1. Disconnect Jetpack and reconnect with the account that you are posting from.
or
2. Log into WordPress.com with the other account and post a migration request confirmation on this thread.
-
staff-ozmodiar ok, done. I have connected jetpack to my account.
Thanks for your help :)
-
Hooray! Now I think we’re getting somewhere. Give me a few minutes to run the migration again and we’ll cross our fingers.

Hello staff-ozmodiar, I see now suscribers on barcelonacolours.com. However I remember having more on wordpress.com (now there are 83 and there were 232), is that possible? I am also concerned about desmadreando.com, has it been afected by this followers migration?
Thanks for everything :)
