Moving subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

  Hi, I’m looking to transfer my subscibers from wordpress.com (scribblepreach.wordpress.com – address: http://www.scribblepreach.com) to my new wordpress.org blog @ http://www.scribblepreach.com. I’d like to transfer both e-mail and wordpress followers, and was told to contact the wordpress.com folks. Thanks!
