What’s required is that you install and activate JetPack on your WordPress.org install. Then you post both the .wordpress.com URL and the domain URL here and Staff will transfer your email subscribers for you. Note that followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred. This thread has been flagged for Staff attention do please follow through by providing what’s required.

Jetpack does not appear to have been activated at http://notanothermummyblog.com/
If it was, then it may have been activated while the site was under a temporary domain.
Please try deactivating and deleting the Jetpack plugin, then install and connect it again.

In the future, please do not post in three separate threads. Just start your own

2starsandaswirl, I still don’t see any trace of notanothermummyblog.com on your account.
Did you connect it to a different WordPress.com account?
-
Ah sorry yes – it is the blog owner has connected it to the notanothermummy.wordpress.com account. I can add it via mine if that is better/easier?
-
-
I have transferred your subscribers as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
