Hi there,
I have moved your subscribers from the Jetpack site, thegreatpageantcommunity.com, to the WordPress.com site, thegreatpageantcommunity.wordpress.com
Before taking the Jetpack site offline, please make sure you also disconnect Jetpack from Jetpack ->Settings in the WP-Admin dashboard, otherwise the Jetpack site will still show up in your My Sites list.
If you’ve imported your content from the Jetpack site to the WordPress.com site I can also merge the stats for you if you want. Just let me know.
Lastly, if you’ve imported content, please make sure that your media files all made it across to your media library before you cancel your hosting. If the media files did not make it across we might be able to import them manually, but we’ll need the Jetpack site to still be online to do that.

Hi Kohhieh,
Thanks a lot for the favour you have done. Can’t thank you enough for this. However, Many of my post isn’t showing up images in the articles. Can you help with that? I shall be cancelling my other site in 3 hours from now otherwise I shall not get refund of that hosting plan. Kindly do the manual transfer for us. Moreover, Why our articles don’t show featured images? Can you also help on that?
-
Also request you to integrate my site’s stats through jetpack. And is there a way where I can login into self hosted site’s WP Admin Panel? Because everytime I try to login, it is coming into WordPress.com site only.
-
Also, you may note that I used to run AdControl in my self hosted wordpress blog. So there is some unpaid income lying there. You might want to transfer to my WordAds account. Can you please?

Done.

I’m afraid there is no way we can do that this quickly. I need to ask a developer to do this, and the request will go to the bottom of their existing queue, so I can’t even promise it will happen today. And as I said above, we can try to do it. We cannot guarantee it will be successful.
So in that case you’ll need to download the images from your site and re-upload them here manually.
Moreover, Why our articles don’t show featured images?
Featured images are not included in export/import files, so you’ll need to edit your posts and reassign their featured images manually.
And is there a way where I can login into self hosted site’s WP Admin Panel? Because everytime I try to login, it is coming into WordPress.com site only.
That’s because you have already switched your domain to point to WordPress.com instead of to your self-hosted site. This could also be the reason why the images did not import, and it completely prevents us from trying to import them manually.
As I said, we can only attempt a manual import if your old site is still online. The moment you changed your domain’s name servers to point it to us, it took your self-hosted site offline, so the importer can no longer access your media library for that site and you won’t be able to log into the WP-Admin dashboard any more.
The only way you might be able to still access WP-Admin is if your host allows you to set your site back to a staging URL. You will need to ask their help for that. Alternatively, you can also remove the Jetpack connection from My Site ->Settings for the Jetpack site.
Also, you may note that I used to run AdControl in my self hosted wordpress blog. So there is some unpaid income lying there. You might want to transfer to my WordAds account. Can you please?
I will check with the ads team on the best way to do that.

Hi there,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this. It looks like the advertising team is rather going to pay our your earnings for the self-hosted site than moving them to your WordPress.com site. This should happen at the end of January, but I’ll follow up on this again closer to the time.
