Moving subscribers from wp.com to self-hosted wp.org site via Jetpack

  Hello!
  I am having difficulty transferring my subscribers. I have Jetpack installed, and after I log onto wp.com and switch sites to my current wp.org site, there is not a wordpress.com site to select above the migrate problem. Is there any fix for this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, this looks like it was due to an issue on our side. Can you try reconnecting Jetpack and giving it another shot? If that doesn’t sort it out do let me know.
