Moving subscribers list from free WP blog to a self-hosted site

  I had a free wordpress blog for the last 10 months, however, now I have moved to a self-hosted site. I need to export my subscribers’ list from the free wordpress site to my MailChimp account to be able to add them to my new site’s list. How can I do that? I don’t know if JEtpack can be added to a free WP site. SO what are my options? I have about 350 subscribers and would hate to lose them.
