Moving subscribers to a different domain with Jetpack

  Hi, I am in the process of switching domain names at wordpress.org and use Jetpack for subscriptions of both email and comment form. I was wondering if you could transfer my existing subscribers from my old blog’s Jetpack to my new blog Jetpack, which I have running on my new wordpress.org site. I would be transferring subscribers from fadedmstyle.com to othershoesinthesea.com. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you!

  Staff have requested that folks with Jetpack issues post their questions to the existing Jetpack forum at WordPress.org, since it would be easier to keep support focused in one place as much as possible: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.

  To clarify, subscribers would be moved from Jetpack at http://fadedmstyle.com to Jetpack at http://othershoesinthesea.com
