  Hello.
  I would like to move subscribers from desreggioemilia.wordpress.com to http://www.desreggioemilia.it/wp (self-hosted site with Jetpack plug-in installed).
  Could you help me please?
  I read that it needs to contact you for this operation. I didn’t find other possibilities.
  Or Could you explain me how to do it by myself?
  is it possible to do it for free?
