Moving subscribers to a self hosted WordPress.org blog

    Hello all,

    I was wondering if there is a way I can move my subscribers and followers to my new self hosted WordPress.org blog? I saw the instructions on how to do so but at the end it said to “Contact Us” so that’s why I’m here and there’s no email or phone number so here I am. Can someone tell me how it works? Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it.
