Moving subscribers to my new self-hosted wordpress

I just transfered our blog to a fresh new self-host blog. Can you help me transfering the subscribers from http://cetaitcommentavant.wordpress.com to http://www.cetaitcommentavant.fr ?
I already installed and configured the Jetpack plugin.

Could you please also reply in this thread from the ‘cetaitcommentavant’ account? as this is the account where http://www.cetaitcommentavant.fr is attached to. This way we can verify the ownership and move the subscribers for you.
